ORTHO-BIONOMY® NEW ZEALAND RESIDENTIAL 2019

Tauhara Retreat Centre, Lake Taupo

April 2nd - 7th  2019

      tauhara-retreat

The residential is open to any student or practitioner of Ortho-Bionomy and provides a wonderful opportunity for students, new and experienced, to immerse themselves in the work while being away from all the busy-ness and distractions of everyday life.  It provides you with the chance to experience and deepen your understanding of the work in a way that is not possible during the short two day weekend courses.  It is also a great way to get to know other Ortho-Bionomy students and practitioners from around the country and overseas.

Residentials give you with the chance to broaden and deepen understandings of Ortho-Bionomy techniques and principles through an in-depth immersion for five days of uninterrupted study. We allow time for learning and personal growth as well as relaxation to facilitate the integration of technique, philosophy and the qualities of “being” rather than “doing.”

Ortho-Bionomy: Steps to Proficiency

This residential focuses on growing your Ortho-Bionomy skill base and developing your capacity as a Practitioner or Practitioner-in-Training. Ortho-Bionomy Residentials are emergent, without a fixed agenda. Luann Overmyer, our instructor, aims to meet each participant's unique perspective, as she empowers students’ strengths and facilitate areas for growth and development. This open-ended approach is determined by you as a participant, as is based on what you bring to the group.

Luann is an experienced and engaging instructor with an luann-3incredible depth of knowledge. Her classes are informative, practical, and really a lot of fun. You will learn techniques and skills that you can use immediately in your practice.

Luann has been learning, practicing and teaching Ortho-Bionomy for more than 40 years. As author of Ortho-Bionomy A Path to Self-Care, she empowers students to develop clarity and confidence about including self-care exercises with clients to increase awareness.
